TurboTax frenzy!!

Can I reinstall my program without losing existing completed returns?  I can't file because they tell me some forms haven't been updated by CRA but CRA tells me all their forms ARE updated and that it is a software problem.  

And why can't I print just a T1 General return?  Very frustrating!!

Yes, you can reinstall your software without it affecting your returns. You can use the link on the following TurboTax FAQ to download TurboTax to your computer: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?

All forms in TurboTax CD/Download should be unlocked by the end of March 17th.*
