TurboTax has encountered a problem

TurboTax online has encountered a problem. "Please close this browser and try connecting to TurboTax Online again". Happened and whenever I tried to log in again problem happens again. I was in sign into CRA section for autofill. 
I signed in using all others different browsers and still can't pass this problem. Please advise. Thanks

Happening exactly the same to me. Already spent hours (March 10, 2023 and also today). Used 4 different browsers  even linux. Nothing solved. Have been caught in a loop which doesn't take me anywhere.

Hi,

i am filing for 2024 and i am having same problem. I connect to CRA and then after loading details i get this error.  "TurboTax online has encountered a problem. "Please close this browser and try connecting to TurboTax Online again".

 

I signed in using all others different browsers , cleared cache and even used a different machine. still can't pass this problem. 

 

Seems like you are forcing people to pay more to get this issue resolved which is from the turbotax end.

To contact them, please follow this link: Contact Us. When you are asked if you wish to receive an email say NO then say "speak to a representative" and hold the line. If you do not resolve the issue please ask for an escalation.
