TurboTax not including all T4s when calculating 45% transfer of Fed refund to Quebec.

Software is skipping adding my actual T4 to total. I have a T4, T4A and T4E(Q). It is only using the T4A and T4E(Q) amounts to calculate what I can transfer. So it will not allow me to transfer the amount from Fed refund to Quebec that I normally would.

How do I fix this?

Enter in the full amount from box 22 of the T4.  Turbotax automatically calculates the 45%.
