turbotax unexpectedly shutdown while netfiling a return

I was filing my return and printed my netfile confirmation number when turbotax shutdown.  It appears that my return has been submitted.  When I submitted my wife's return after restarting turbotax, I realized I missed out on the screens that ask about viewing your NOA, etc.  My wife's return shows an option to revisit, change return, or view the NOA, while my return simply says start beside it just like it had never been submitted.  How do update/refresh to see those same options on my return or do I just have to submit my return again?
