Unable to activate my Turbotax Deluxe

Installed my 2021 Turbotax Delux with the CD and via a download.  Both installations were successful. However, With the install process completed an Activation screen pops up.  Normally the screen is blank.  Sometimes the contents of the activation screen can be seen however I'm unable to type in the product code.  My mouse works but I'm unable to enter the required 16 digit code.  I tried adjusting the size of the display's text and screen resolutions but nothing works.
