I am trying to do my parent's taxes. When I go to auto-fill their taxes it states that my mom might still be signed into CRA. It states this:
I have tried doing all 3 things and I have tried contacting Turbo Tax support and they had no idea what I was talking about.
Any other solutions?
You can try using a different browser.
You can also try signing into MyAccount for Dad, then start the Auto-Fill for him.
