Unable to get updates

When trying to get update it says it cannot find the file on my computer.  Does not make sense - I did not alter the set up.

Hi,

The file (ttdownld.exe) would have been quarantined by the antivirus. Can you please update the virus definitions? Alternatively you can also download the TurboTax and install it without updating. You can install it from https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/questions/1190054-can-i-download-a-copy-of-turbotax

Note: You will have to uninstall and install the new download. Since you have already activated TurboTax you will not be asked again for activation.

But i would suggest you to update the virus definitions otherwise you will have the same problem with the latest version too.
