I need to file a tax return for 2019 for a personal reason and have paid for the software in https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/prior-year-taxes#tax-year-2019, but I'm unable to get it to work. After downloading the installer and executing it, I keep getting:
"We weren't able to launch TurboTax from this file. Make sure you're using setup.exe to launch TurboTax and try again." Note: There's no setup.exe. It's TurboTax_2019.exe that I downloaded, but I'm assuming they are equivalent.
I've tried different things like running as administrator, re-downloading, msiexec command, etc.
Hoping to get any help in this.
