Unrecognized charge on my bank account !!!

Hi, 

I have an unrecognized charge in my bank account for $540.75. I logged in to my turbotax account, there’s no history payment, and I’ve never added any payment information under my account. I went to the bank, they told me to contact Intuit to solve the problem. Please have someone to assist the issue asap. Thank you.

Are you using any other Intuit services like Quickbooks? Or does it specifically say that it's for TurboTax?

my bank statement only shows “Intuit Canada P” $540.75. I have only usee turbotax service before. And, I checked my product and billing under my account. It only shows I have turbotax account.

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

  • 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
  • 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
