Unused RRSP already in the system

I found an unused RRSP pre-input into my system.  If I used turbotax last year will it do this automatically?

Your unused RRSP contribution amount from previous years will be on your RRSP Deduction Limit Statement, found on your latest notice of assessment. If you used CRA’s Auto-Fill My Return, TurboTax automatically downloads the contribution amount into your tax return for you.

Here's a great FAQ for your reference:

everyone keeps referring to that article but that article is crap. It doesn't answer the question of how do you claim the unused rrsp contribution this year. That article does not address the asked question.
