Updating Turbo tax 2010

I am trying to download my 2010 return. I had to reload my 2010 Turbo tax software as I have changed my computer and did not transfer the software from the old computer. Now I have reloaded the disc to my computer but it cannot open my original tax file as it is not the most UpToDate version of the 2010 software. How can I get an update to my existing program as it is not available through the program? I get an error message when it tries to update.
