upgraded to premier tax package from standard for 2018 but now i can't get into my 2018 account

upgraded to premier tax package from standard for 2018 but i can't get into my 2018 account. System wants me to buy again.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, then there is no account to login to. You download and install the software, and then prepare your returns in the program (not on the web).
