Using Premier Desktop - Autofill option is not there. I deleted my return and started a brand new one, and the option is still not there. Where is it?

No worries, you are not doing anything wrong. The auto-fill option will not be released until Netfile opens on February 18th,2019 as per the CRA. Come back then, and you will be good to go!
