Using TurboTax Premium Online edition - you will go to Income->Click on T-Slips - You will then see a page pop up and you will scroll down till you see T5008 and check off the box beside it. Then you click on the bottom right on Continue till you get to the page T5008 - Securities Transactions - then you will click on the bottom of the page Enter a T5008.
