Waiting for a draft review from my turbotax expert

I have registered for the Full Service Premier Package 2022. Its been over 2 weeks since I uploaded all my information and had a discussion with my turbotax expert. I have tried to contact him for progress but he dose not respond. How can I get an update on the status of my return?
