Warning on T1135 For one of your entries on T1135, the maximum amount held during the year is lower than the total amount held at the end of the year. Please review your entries to ensure accuracy.

I've reviewed each entry and the maximum fair market value for each entry is more than then the fair market value at year end.

why am I getting this warning ?

If it is a Warning and not an Error, then it can be ignored if you are sure the information you entered is correct.

Thank you, I understand that. What I don't understand is where the warning is coming from? Are there other factors than max FMV and end of of year that I need consider? Otherwise it seems like an error in TurboTax

In this case you had two different amounts for maximum fair market value and fair market value at year end, so it's probably just putting the warning just to make sure that you double check what you've entered.
