Went to turbotax.ca/activate and signed in my account, but it won't take me to the next step to enter my activation code Am I missing a step?

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 for more help. Their hours are currently 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Toronto).

Clearing cache did not solve my problem.

The link to activate my turbotax did not bring me to the screen to enter my activation code.

 

Called customer service and they were able to send me a different link that allowed me to access the screen to input my activation code.
