I have finished medical receipts but am provided with another that I don't need. I hit done but program does not respond. what should I do?
Please click the Back button on the bottom of the medical receipt page to go back to the Medical Expense Summary.
I'm also stuck at medical expense receipts and I'm done. When you go back that doesn't solve the issue.
@Sandie Carrico Try clicking the Back button a few times, until you get to the Medical Expense Summary.
I was able to solve this by restarting my computer, or emptying the cache.
