What do I need to mail in?

If I'm mailing in a paper return, as provided by TurboTax after I completed all questions, do I also need to include other documents, such as T4A's or Schedules?

When you mail your return to the CRA, you’ll need to include the following (if applicable) with your T1 General - Condensed Form:

- One copy of your T-slips. Ex: T4, T4A, T4E, T3, T5, T2202, T4RSP, T4RIF, T5007, T5008, etc…

- One copy of Official RRSP Contribution Receipts.

- Schedule 5 – Amounts for Spouse/Common law Partners or Dependants.

- Any other forms that have income and deductions. Ex: T2125, T776, T2042

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, it will generate a page with your return called the Tax Return Enclosures List. This page provides all the details you need to assemble your return.

If you are in Quebec, you don’t need to include anything with your Quebec return, unless otherwise specified.
