I PURCHASED THE 2024 TURBO TAX PROGRAM, HOWEVER I WAS SENT A U.S. VERSION, AND I NEED THE CANADIAN VERSION, HOW CAN I EXCHANGE IT.. I  CAN'T USE THE U.S PROGRAM

You will need to ask the US for a refund and purchase the proper TurboTax software from the TurboTax Canada side.
