Paid my money v- got my Activation Code - Code is not accepted - 'Whatever I paid for and installed has all been used up'. I haven't used it yet. I have an ICON that acknowledges something but I cannot use it to gain access to process a return.
There is a scary thing about Code 606 that indicates a difference between online and desktop. I suspect this is where the problem lies.
Now what? Phone numbers would be helpful but that is Turbo's greatest weakness.
