What should be done if callback option isn't working? I keeping getting the call, but after the automated message states that it's Turbo Tax, nobody comes on the phone.

Wondering if I need to claim a vehicle that I sold that was completely paid off. No profit made.

If it was a personal vehicle then no you don't need to claim the sale of it. If you used it for business then you will enter the information of the sale.
