Canada Revenue Agency.  They are responsible for and in charge of the administration of the Income Tax Act

CRA or Canada Revenue Agency is a federal agency which administers tax laws for the Government of Canada for most provinces and territories. The CRA processes tax returns and issues a Notice of Assessment, a legal document that provides a summary of an individual or entity's income.
