When completing this it says I am entitled to a Climate Action Incentive payment of 169$ but then my bottom line number didnt change? as in refund/balance due -

The Climate Action Incentive Tax Credit is calculated once you enter your province of residence.  It appears immediately on the left side of your screen where your refund shows.  You will also see it on line 449 of your income tax return.
