when entering personal info, the program indicates social insurance numbers must be different than my spouse and both numbers are different. I have tried reinstalling the program and completing updates. What do I do?

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be a total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
