When i filled my SIN number, there's always an error sign which says: please enter a valid social insurance number that is different from your spouse.

Are you doing a joint return, if so, please make sure that the SIN entered are both different.

It’s not working. I’ve ensured the numbers are unique. Tried both mobile app and web app. Does not work. There is a bug

Can you please try again- Save your return, log off of your TurboTax. Change the browser you are using and then log back in and try again.
