So sorry that you are experiencing issues.
Regarding your question, TurboTax does take you into the same product SKU that you had used in previous years. This could be why you are automatically being placed within the TurboTax Live SKU.
There should be an option to 'start a new tax return', once you've logged in.
Once you click on that link, you'll be able to review our entire product line up and select the one the best fits your needs.
