When I open the settings the user interface is cut off, how can I correct it? iPad Pro 12.9 2gen

You will need to zoom out on your screen. To zoom out on an iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd gen), double-tap the screen with three fingers to toggle off the accessibility zoom. If it's a web page or photo, pinch two fingers together.
