When reaching the Netfile CRA, Netfile Revenu Quebec, it stops loading and shows "We encountered an error" trouble processing your info and to try again in 15 min.

I did try several times with gaps of 15 - 30 mins waiting and even tried the next day, still same issue.
Tried chrome, Opera and even incognito so there are no cookies or caches. Same issue
