When trying to review my tax return I get an error message that states "This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it" Is this a common error?

Did you try again, and were you successful in continuing through the review section of your income tax return?

I have been getting this message for 3 days. Is there an issue that needs to be addressed with the software or website? Thanks,
