Where do i opt out of contributing to EI on self employed earnings. I do not have a T4 and previously elected not to contribute?

You only need to opt out of EI benefits for self-employment if you have previously opted in. 

To opt out, sign in to MSCA (Service Canada), find the Employment Insurance section and select View my agreement status (self-employed). Follow the steps there to end your agreement with the CEIC.
