If you don't have a support ID, you can just tell the answering machine what you are calling about. ex: if you have a technical problem, just say "technical support".

The support ID number is a case number linked to a call you previously made to our product support. This number is often sent by email to you after the call.
You can by pass this step by telling the machine: "speak to an agent" or "support".
