I was on the phone with support for several minutes, but they were not helpful at all. I eventually created the year-over-year report myself -- manually.
@cromano Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
There is an option for Year Over Year Comparison in the Review section. It's available in all versions of TurboTax Online, but's only available if you transferred in your info from last year.
