Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

I keep getting this message over and over when I try to pay by credit card.

 

I have cleared browsing history and cookies.  I even tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.  Same problem.

 

How can I complete payment by credit card?
