Why are my medical expenses not showing on my return after I have filled them in? Is my income too low?

Medical expenses need to be the lower of $ 2,268 or 3% of your line 236 to benefit you on your income tax return.  If they were too low, they will not show on your return.  When using TurboTax Online, you will be told what the minimum amount is that you need to claim for medical expenses in order for you to receive a taxable benefit.
