Why I am not able to connect with expert for final review?

To request a review- If you're using a TurboTax Live Assist & Review product, there are several ways to reach out for help:

  1. You can contact a TurboTax Live expert by logging into your TurboTax account, then selecting Live Help
  2. You can request a review call within your return by going to the Review section in TurboTax
