Why is no balance or refund showing on line 485 of my return. There is no number at all. (printed return)

When you are logged into your account, do you see a refund amount?

Yes. When logged in there is a balence owing amount. But when I print it says nothing on my wifes but mine has the balence owing on it.  It is a joint return me and my wife.

Hers has just a blank line 485

So any ideas?
