Why is there always a technical issue when I'm trying to have my tax return reviewed ?

Sorry to hear that you are having technical issues. Do you have any specific error messages? What is the technical issue you are experiencing?

Hi I've also received a similar error consistently, both last week on Thursday and today.  The error message I've gotten is:

We're sorry! We're having technical issues on our end

Please check back in a bit. We should have things up and running again soon.
 
This is my first time upgrading to the live assist tier, and I am not at all satisfied with the service so far.

I am also having this issue now for over a week... my message reads:

"We're working on it"

TurboTax is temporarily offline for some maintenance. We will be back online shortly.

 

Shortly...usually means less then a week.
