Why will the tax creating profile page progress or load

If you're stuck on the Profile loading screen, the best way to solve the issue is to switch browsers. This will fix the issue. You can also save/close your return, close TurboTax, and clear your cache.

I tried clearing the cache and changing the browser but when it reaches 100% loading it shuts off.

The program itself wont upload.
