Why won't my tax profile load?

When I log in and try to continue my refund it says we are building your tax profile and stays that way until it times out, no error messages

I figured it out- I was using an old Internet Explorer. It worked fine when I ran turbotax from google chrome.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having- It sounds as if the program is stuck. Usually that would mean your cache needs to be cleared out. Please try the following and let us know once completed and you sign back in, if the issue persists.
