Will the software account for the 2020 work from home COVID credit?

How do I go about claiming the $400 COVID work from home credit in the downloadable version of the software?

When I choose:

I didn't receive either form from my employer, but would like to claim home office expenses.
 
 
Check this if you were required to work from home at least 50% of the time for a period of 4 consecutive weeks or more in 2020.

 

It tells me I don't qualify. 

How do I claim the flat $400 for working from home during COVID?
