Your system could not access my CRA account

Your system could not access my CRA account. I tried using the in partner Vancity and then it said it needed a code ..one-time passcode was 321055 and then it said it did not have my email account (which cannot be!) so I'm at a loss... how do I file now?

Firstly make sure you can log into your MyCRA account. Log in, then log out and close your browser.
Clear your browser cache, log back into your TurboTax account (TY21) and try again.
If that doesn't resolve it, then I will suggest that you try a completely different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.

However if after attempting the steps above, you are still having issues, contact our phone support team, as they have the option to view your screen and troubleshoot what may be causing the issue.
