The best course of action would be to file an
amendment to include the loss on your 2016 tax return, before using the loss on
your 2017 return. The CRA says that you should be reporting gains & losses
in the year that you incurred them.

The CRA requires you to use the Bank of Canada exchange
rate in effect on the day you received the income. If the amount was paid at
various times in the year, you can use the average annual rate.

Technically, you need to report all of your income, even
though that $10 probably won’t make a difference. You can report it as "Employment
income not reported on a T-slip" which is available in all versions of
TurboTax, including Free.
If you are intending for your Redbubble venture to be an
ongoing business, you can treat it as self-employment income. That way you can
also write off business expenses. In this case you may want to start with
TurboTax Standard. . You can always upgrade if you find you need more.

When you take CCA on a vehicle related to rental properties, it’s separate from other expenses, even though it still works to reduce your rental income. The reason for the separation is that you can’t uses a CCA claim to create a rental loss. You also can’t claim CCA if you already have a rental loss, or if your rental income is already at zero. So you may not be seeing the CCA do anything because your rental income is already at zero or already in a loss position. You can also go back and double check the amount of CCA being claimed by clicking on the Income tab and choosing Rental Summary, then Edit the property with the CCA claim.
