I was wondering if you receive an undergraduate student grant and you withdraw from the semester due to medical circumstances, what would you specify it as when filing? What type of scholarship would that be?

Hi, I am wondering what to put in Box 105 if you receive a student grant and you are a full time undergraduate student for 2 months and part time student for 2 months in one semester, would it be a scholarship part-time or full-time?
