This is my first time using turbo tax. I assume I can go back at any time and change or correct information I have entered under my profile?

Yes, you can click the Back button and change your information.

Just to be clear, once you NETFILE or mail your return to the CRA you can no longer make changes in TurboTax (you'd have to follow the process to make an amendment).
