" I wasn't given the option to input any response at all ! My response would have been that my issued wasn't resolved at all, I spend approx. two hours on the phone trying to resolve my sign on problem (email address was no longer valid" and was told this would be fixed but 3 days after still not fixed and no response until today. This issue hasn't been resolved, I 've had to create a new profiile and start all over and I cannot access my existing information as it appears your system cannot update an email address. I would be grateful for your resoonse and I was promised after spending hours on the phone and being told that there had been many called calls with the same issues. thank you for your assistance with this.
