I Received T4 with income on line 81, CPP, EI max. Can't fix review error: "You made an entry for EI premiums so entries for (T4 Slip, Box 14) or EI s (T4 Slip, Box 24)"

You are working for a placement agency, this is why you have and amount in box 81 of your T4 slip. You still pay into CPP contribution, EI premiums, and income tax.  Box 24 is for EI insurable earning; earnings used for your record of employment.  See this link from Canada Revenue about placement agency and what information is included on the T4 slip: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/rc4120/rc4120-e.html#P749_70858
