I bought the standard edition online. it won't install on my mac

I bought the standard version online.  There was nowhere to request the mac option. I downloaded it and now it is saying it is not compatible with my mac.

Hello,

If you're using a Mac, you must use the TurboTax Online version. It sounds like you purchased the CD/Download version from turbotax.ca.

There is no version of Turbo Tax compatible with a Macintosh running an Apple OS. You can however buy the online version, which only needs a web browser.

i disagree,  mac is supposed to be available online I checked with the agent that i talked to.

the guy wont not give up on me, but i had to hang up, as it was taking too long and i had other things to do at that time.
