I'm trying to review my return and also make a copy. In the Tools menu there is no 'copy' icon.

I claimed a capital loss and can't go back to review that screen. How do I get to review all entries made?

You should be able to go back to the entry by clicking on income>investments>capital gains/losses.  A capital loss won't make any difference unless you have capital gains to deduct it from.  You can review your tax return by clicking on "review" tab> bottom line tax summaray\.scroll down to detailed tax summary.
