I had capital gain distributions in mutual funds though I didn't sell anything, do I still have to report it? I received T3 form indicating capital gains.

You have to report Income and gains distribution exactly as indicated from the T3 boxes.
Each type of distribution is then taxed accordingly.

This has to be done whether you sell units or not.
